1The Madness
A Little About Our Madness
Born in Flushing, Queens, in 2005, we’re Korean Fried Chicken with a New York accent.
Every order is fried twice for the perfect crunch, hand-sauced to order, and made with one rule in mind: Never do boring.
Think crave-worthy Korean-American comfort food, ice-cold beer, signature cocktails, and spaces made for everything from Game-Day madness to Date-Night magic.
But whatever brings you through the door, it’s the chicken that brings you back. One bite, and you’ll understand the name.
Come for the crunch. Stay for the vibes. Get a little Mad.
Crafted with Care, Served with Love.
Here at Mad For Chicken, crazy good food doesn’t happen by accident. From the first prep to the final plate, precision, consistency, and plenty of passion go into everything we do.
- We seek out high-quality ingredients and treat them the way they deserve. Every component is prepared with purpose, because cutting corners has never been part of our process.
- Our attention to detail doesn’t stop in the kitchen. Every dish is carefully finished and plated to look every bit as crave-worthy as it tastes—every order, every time.
